Casa Colina is a quaint townhome located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Farmington in a quiet cul-de-sac. Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. You will love this Log Cabin Tiny House in Rural setting. Nice porch for morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Occasionally deer and quail will wander through. The fire pit and the hot tub increase the enjoyment the evenings under the stars. If you want to leave, Aztec is 10 minutes or Durango only 30. Tico Time is 10 minutes. House is stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, a pancake breakfast, wifi, cozy couch and loveseat, smart TV, queen bed, full bed and peaceful surroundings!

Turquoise Hideaway Guest House

This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance to movie theatre, restaurants, aquatic center, trampoline park, as well as Rickett's park. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
