Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

Surrounded by a private beach, you can wake up to the sound of therapeutic waves. The bedrooms are equipped with king/queen sized beds on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out couch downstairs. The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, along with a patio area with grill for outside dining.

The home consists of 2 units 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, both consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves from the balcony located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. We are 5 minutes away from the airport. This unit is located upstairs.
