A master bedroom links on to a compact lounge & ensuite bathroom, dining & kitchen area from either side all with full views of the water & lagoon. There is a seperate sleeping pod with a Queen size bed 2 metres from main dwelling for an extra 2 guests. Amazing second Hot outdoor shower under the trees.

With the property backing onto Kahurangi National Park, the house is surrounded by lawns and native bush including a small family of Peacocks. Bird lovers will enjoy the song of the native Tui and Bellbird. The beach is at the end of the drive way and is a popular spot for King fishing and white baiting. See you soon!

Kōtuku Cottage - spacious seclusion by the water

This quiet cottage is nestled amongst mature native trees in iconic Totara Avenue, 10 mins from Collingwood, and overlooking a tidal estuary and bush-clad hills, with the beach just over the road. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living area is private and sunny. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a queen and two singles in a bunk. Kōtuku has a wooden deck along two sides, where you can sit and enjoy the view, or you can watch the tides from a private jetty.

The host's partner has developed an extensive network of tracks , some easy walks and some more challenging, with great views of the bay.

Modern 3 bedroom house located only 100m from the beautiful Ligar Bay beach. The house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The house is perfect for your summer or winter getaway. We do not allow pets. Bed linen provided as well as one bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels. Just a heads up that we provide hand soap for guest use, but for reasons of hygiene and personal preference please bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Adjacent to our families coastal dairy farm, just 200m from a safe and sandy swimming beach on the western side of Golden Bay. Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.
