This beautiful double storey with solar power is part of 4 establishments privately clustered together with views over part of Fancourt and the mountains. The area is peaceful with minimal traffic. The 1st floor consists of a double garage and 3 bedrms (of which 2 are en-suite) with 2 full bthrms. Ground floor is where all the entertainment takes place. The open-plan consists of a living-, dining room, kitchen and two patios (one on the splash pool's side and the other at the built-in braai.
