This cozy apartment has all the new amenities you will want! Not to mention, you are only 4 miles away from the beautiful Presque Isle. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

For bicycle enthusiasts, ½ mile off the Seaway Bicycle Trail. This one story house is has a full kitchen, linens provided. Parking includes area to park a boat trailer.

The Fairview Cottage, nestled in Fairview, offers a great location for an Erie getaway. Just 1.4 miles from Avonia Beach and 7.9 miles from Presque Isle State Park, outdoor adventures abound. Grill up a cookout in the cottage's backyard or enjoy a meal at the Avonia Tavern, steps away. Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring nature, or savoring local cuisine, this cozy retreat ensures a memorable Erie experience. Primary guest must be 21 or older, unless accompanied by adult.

Private country setting large yard fire pit (you supply your own wood). 2 Hammock chair swings in the back yard 300 yd walk to Elk Creek fishing, several local wineries in the area. Mall and shopping area within 15 minutes. Restaurants and grocery stores local, Bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.
