Newer single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house at the Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Bright, comfortable furnished space that is the perfect Okoboji vacation hub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

Blocks away, There is downtown dining, a public boat ramp, swimming beach, boat rental, fine dining, a bar, and a one-mile away biking trail.

Private entrance, one bedroom, small bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with window overlooking Main Street. Please note there is potential for noise. Sleeps three adults comfortably. Perfect for a family of four.

We have two kayaks to explore the lake and creek inlets. Wi-Fi included. Come enjoy the calm.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
