Enjoy 240 feet of waterfront access with a wide variety of activities at your doorstep, including hiking/biking trails at Riverside State Park, and Nine Mile Campground Public Boat Launch both just 7 minutes away. This memorable place is anything but ordinary.

The Cottage at Dragonfly Meadows

The Cottage is nestled quietly behind our primary residence. It is a quaint 700 sq ft studio apartment with all of the feels & amenities of home. The Cottage is on a working farm with donkeys, horses, Highland cattle, chickens, & sweet livestock dogs. If you love the quiet farm setting, this is the place for you. We are also near train lines, so if you love trains, it’s your perfect oasis. The Cottage hosts 2 people, but we have accommodations for 4. $25/night per person after first 2 guests.

Welcome to Lone Pine Lakehouse, your Cave Bay escape on Lake Coeur d’Alene! This 2-bed, 2-bath retreat with loft sleeps 6 and features an open layout, full kitchen, Bosch appliances, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer. Enjoy lake views from the deck + saltwater hot tub. Includes access to BBQ grill, cozy propane heater, kayaks, paddleboard, beach, launch, park, and golf cart. Private boat slip available by request. Just 35 minutes to Coeur d’Alene—perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a getaway.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.
