Cozy & creative home overlooking a meadow

The 'All Things Green' house is situated on a quiet street in a small town neighborhood. Why its namesake? Well, the house is painted mint green and is facing a two acre pollinator field brimming with native plants. It is furnished with comfortable, vintage mid-century furniture and accessories, plus art made with repurposed materials and other examples of ‘green’ creative reuse. Walk and watch butterflies or simply relax in the sunroom with your morning coffee and take it all in. Green is good!

Rayburns Farmhouse Hocking Hills

The Rayburns Farmhouse is a charming country home conveniently located right off of 93N in the heart of Hocking Hills. Built in the 1920s, this older home is the perfect size for a couple or family looking to explore the Hocking Hills area or for some simple R&R. Rayburns Farmhouse has the country feel you are looking for but just 8 minutes from downtown Logan and restaurants/stores. Hocking Hills State Park is about 25 minutes from the house. Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun. Game room downstairs with pool table, foosball, Arcades and darts & hot tub for 5. Enjoy swings basketball & fire pit while the kids play on the playground. The spacious dining room table sits 8 comfortably. There is room for your boat in the drive & there are docks you may use (public docks) just down the street so you can take a break from the lake, refill the gas and grab a bite at the end of the street or shop local.

Enjoy a newly remodeled home right on Main Street that is near the hospital and convenient to all amenities. This 4 bedroom home has a first floor master suite with private bath and 3 beds and a bath upstairs. Large Living room has 2 sofa beds, stack washer/dryer, Huge TV and a work space. Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles.
