Immerse yourself in nature at my quiet, cozy compound, blurring the line between indoors & out. Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

The most comfortable bed in the world is up a strong stable ladder in the dream loft. A sofa bed is on the main floor.

Apartment includes a fully furnished large living room with spacious bathroom, and one bedroom with queen sized bed, private deck overlooking San Anselmo creek, yet less than 4 min. stroll to downtown Fairfax. Great for short term or long term stays with mini-kitchen furnished with hot plates, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Secure bike storage available upon request.

A quiet retreat setting with easy access to the throughways in all directions, this is a perfect Marin rest stop for any short or mid-term stay. Located across the street from the Bay with stunning views, beach access close by. San Quentin is a little-known gem of a historic town and will be a memorable place to stay. No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

Spa style bathroom with rain shower and double heads , central heat and air, hardwood floors, vaulted beamed ceilings, hot tub, breakfast kitchenette and private rooftop patio.

Studio apartment close to trails and town

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

Downtown SR. nice quiet in-law w/sofabed, nice 32' TV, YouTube TV w/ music, crickets, nice paint, nice flooring, Fridge, microwave, ,toaster oven, own water heater/shower. Please do not order food to be delivered. Check in 6pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Just bought a NEW MATTRESS in Nov. 2020. Separate keyed entrance and private bathroom w shower.

In San Geronimo Valley: 'Rustyducks Cottage' in the heart of Woodacre amidst Redwoods, hiking & biking trails and close to Spirit Rock Center🙏 Ground floor BR contains a double bed and a single bed. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
