Patio, yard, parking and entry door, all private and separate. Gated security. Sheep and Tortoises live here. Welcome to visit them. I can provide treats to feed.

Villa Lanza

Peace and quite relaxation. Great place to work remotely or to rest or play. High speed internet. Come on up!!Grizzly Flats is located in the El Dorado Forest, just 22 miles from historic Placerville, California. Villa Lanza is surrounded by 3 acres, on a paved road, dotted with cedar, oak, pine and fir trees. Plenty of fresh air. The separate suite is 1000 square feet. Very private. Includes a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven.

Private riverfront cabin on 6 acres at 2,000 ft. elevation, this cozy cabin rests just yards from the sandy banks of the Cosumnes River. Perfect for a couples retreat with a hot tub, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, kayaks, cornhole, horseshoes and a quiet place to fish, swim or relax. And outdoor kitchen area for BBQ activities along the river. Located in El Dorado County’s wine country with nearby wine tasting. Driving distance to lakes, hiking trails and other outdoor activities.

Peaceful Cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

From your own private brick patio & secret garden, you will be welcomed inside to polished wood floors, deep soak Jacuzzi tub/ hand-held European style shower, comply QUEEN bed, quality linens, everything clean to a 't'. We are Self-Catered but with lite breakfast items & snacks available. Better yet, a short 2 block walk & you can explore Old Town shops & eateries. Another accommodation in the same locations offers a full kitchen & can accommodate friends (The Dogwood, Old Town Cottage)

Whispering Pines Apartment

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

With over 50 gorgeous vineyards in striking range (most with adorable tasting rooms), this is a great place to come and unwind! Linebarier Vineyards

This is a cute second story guesthouse. Its’s very private, located on our 83+ acre vineyard/ranch. We have a 6 acre working vineyard and commercially growing Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Muscat Canelli The guesthouse has recently been up-dated and is light, airy with many up-scale features and amenities. It’s a very private setting with no immediate neighbors. There are approximately 140 wineries within a 25 mile radius of our place.

Incredibly spacious lot just minutes away from several wineries. Outdoor seating and firepit are the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends. Inside, you'll find a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and welcoming dining table, as well as a comfortable living area with flat screen streaming television and enough seating for everyone. 2 bedrooms (king and queen) that feature incredibly comfortable, high thread count sheets.
