It features a patio to entertain and star gaze, gas fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, and beautiful front porch perfect for bird watching or just relaxing! It is perfect for a solo adventure or a couple looking for a quiet getaway. We are located near Scottsboro(40 mins), Huntsville and Winchester,Tn (50 mins). Close proximity to the Walls of Jericho and Skyline wildlife management area.

The Perch by AAF, built in 2026, is right where you want to be! A cozy, stylish home overlooking the gorgeous views of the valley. While being just far enough away to enjoy the benefits of a quiet mountainous getaway, you're also 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN, where there is an abundance of amazing activities to partake in! It features a comfortable living space, stunning view with a double decker porch, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of peace and quiet to relax and enjoy!

Hollywood Fish Camp

NOT A HOTEL. Come enjoy this 1970's A-frame with a gorgeous view of Guntersville Lake, complete with a stock tank pool and stock tank hot tub! (Tubs close in below freezing temps. Closed for January & February.) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard boasts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!

Please note - this rental is not on the lake and does not have lake access, it just overlooks it from across the road. There are three boat launch access areas that are 6 minutes from the property. This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)

Safe&quiet, River-Walmart-schools closer,EVcharger

Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!

Firewood is provided along with ingredients to make s'mores.
