Golden Horn Views from Saffron House Old Istanbul

Bask in the afternoon sun on the top-floor balcony, along with water and city views. This historic 4-story Greek House retains its original ceiling and wall paintings, but has been fully renovated, and features objects d'art from all over the world. We use old furnitures and restored them the same way of the house and matching the colours of the house. There are many pieces coming from around the world during our travels and combination of old and new creates perfect place to live. There is full kitchen in the house for whom likes to cook in the evening. Owen, full size fridge, dish washer and washer / dryer is in the house. There are two air conditioning in the bedrooms for nice and comfortable sleep. You will have the whole house for your self and enjoy the beautiful facilities after your long day exploring our amazing city Istanbul. We live in the same street with the house so anytime you will need something we or our friends will be available for your enquiries. From here near the edge of the Golden Horn, stroll just 2 minutes to reach the water and original Byzantine walls. In the heart of Istanbul's old districts and on 1 of the 7 ancient hills, the area is gentrifying, but retains its historic charms. When you book the house we will send you our welcome pack which will include many information about Istanbul and where we live. Things to do, not to miss, hidden gems and restaurant suggestion which you will not find easily on tourist guide books. Our aim is make you enjoy Istanbul as much as we do and live in the city like a local even you are here for a short time.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The best part of the flat is the private garden it has! This House is located in 5 minutes walk to Balat. There is one Big bedroom, saloon with kitchen & private garden and the house is on ground floor. Have the opportunity to open your eyes into sunshine, make coffee for yourself and enjoy some green 🪴😊 Due to the moist weather in Istanbul there are minor defects on the walls and floor, and garden can be different cause of weather 🌦️

It is 1 min walk away from Kadir Has University in Halic. You can reach to seaside in minutes. Public transportation is available. Building has 6 private airbnb apartments with different sizes and it is very centrally located and affordable. A/C, kitchen, washer, Smart TV, Wifi, big refrigerator. Everything is brand new.

It is also only 25 km to Istanbul Airport. Our residence buildng is very luxry and it has Restaurants and Cafes, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bank and ATM machine, Medical Clinic inside. Our residence is just 10 steps walking distance to the park area which is near by the sea that you can take a long walking.

Evim merkezi bir konumda olup etrafında tarihi olarak gezip görebileceğiniz bir çok yer bulunmaktadır. Bilgi Üniversitesine çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanı araba ile 15 dakika, metro ile 25 dakikadır. Pierre Lotti Tepesi, Eyüpsultan Camii gibi tarihi yerlere haritadan bakıp yürüyerek gitmeniz mümkün. Tarihi yarımada, Eminönü ise tramvay ile 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası ve evin ferahlığını da eve girince anlayacaksınız :)
