Built in 2023 nestled on the second floor of our 2 story house, "Casa del Sol" - Home, is a self-contained space feat. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 an ensuite) & ample space for relaxation. Outdoor hot shower and a large grassed lawn. Spacious balcony with Exmouth Gulf views to enjoy breathtaking sunsets & sunrises. Exmouth is a cruisey welcoming town set on the edge of world heritage Ningaloo reef . There is plenty to do day or evening with 2 microbreweries, excellent restaurants, great shopping and long lengths of stunning beaches ( town beach has kilometres of beach to drive and park on) to enjoy. Included in your stay is a 20% discount voucher at IDAHO.

The Spearmint Dingo

Located only a short downhill stroll from Exmouth's thriving metropolis, the Spearmint Dingo boasts a large, no frills, casual space that suits visiting couples, families or groups. We are pet & kid friendly, so everyone is welcome. A classic 1960's Nor'wester style home iconic to Exmouth, the Spearmint Dingo is rustic in appearance and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen and dining space as well as an outdoor deck. Ningaloo, Poolside Villa.

Treat yourself to Ningaloo's luxurious Poolside Villa. This beautiful space is the perfect get away for a couple looking to enjoy everything Ningaloo has to offer. It has a King Bed with walk-in robe, en-suite and breakfast bar. The air conditioned Villa is located on a 10,000m2 property situated just 800m from McCleod's Beach and 4km from the town. The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

Schommy's

Gorgeous self contained flat seperate from our family home. You have your own private entry into the property.We are located 1km to the centre of town where you'll find restaurants/brewery, IGA and boutique shops. There is space for an extra mattress/cot if needed for family stays, don't hesitate to ask us :) We provide parking for one car. On Wednesdays I work from home in the shed grooming Exmouth's local and travelling fur babies (dog's). I start at 9am and finish at 2pm latest.

Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Tiny Home - a quaint 1 bedroom

Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
