This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Beautiful Urban Garden Walkout

A one of a kind experience any time of the year at our Beautiful Urban Garden Walkout! The serenity of our garden oasis featuring two ponds and waterfalls all within the Bryn Mawr neighborhood that is surrounded Minneapolis's nationally recognized city park system. During the chillier months cozy up in front of the fireplace while enjoying the company of family and friends. Minneapolis is the home of many Minnesota professional sports teams, theaters and art centers only minutes away.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Cozy and bright ground-level apartment right in the heart of downtown Wayzata for up to four guests. Five minute walk to main street, as well as two grocery stores. King size bed in bedroom, queen size murphy bed in living room. Full bathroom with shower. Second bathroom located in living room also with shower. Galley kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Private laundry and dryer. Full control of temperature. Murphy bed can be used upon request! Off street parking.

Secluded, 1 acre, 4 BR 2 BA house on Lake Hannon only 10 min from downtown. Lower level Queen 1-BR apartment (1000 ft2) with private large living room, kitchen and bath. Private lakeside entrance with secure self check-in Huge patio overlooking Hannon Lake w/hammock. Near walking and biking trails Make a campfire & enjoy the view. The lake is a magnet for wildlife but shallow and not a good fishing lake but there are some good fishing lakes nearby.
