Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

The Overlook

Wake to your favorite hot beverage and take in the stunning sunrise creeping over the north cascade mountains in this one bedroom apartment. Enjoy hearty meals cooked in the full kitchen and a hot soak in the private bath. Cozy waterfront Tiny Home located on Whidbey Island overlooking Holmes Harbor in Freeland, WA. Completely self-contained, it is perfect for the solo traveler and suitable for a couple. The view from the queen sized bed is magical, and the partially covered deck shares the same view. The unit is complete with toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, small refrigerator and bathroom with shower. This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

Set between Whidbey Island and Washington's mainland, beautiful Camano Island can be reached by car. With over 56 miles of beaches, boating, salmon fishing, clamming and crabbing are bountiful. The unique appeal of Camano Island is that it offers visitors a real-life island experience, including a strong arts scene. Recreational activities such as biking are popular here. The island is also home to Camano Island State Park, which boasts 173 acres prime for camping, hiking and bird watching.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging. Watch the eagles and the fish jump through a provided telescope and binoculars, or just while lounging in front of large picture windows. Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.
