Welcome to the Edmonds Villa, 20 mins from Downtown Seattle , 5 mins away and walkable distance to Historic Downtown Edmonds. This is a northwest living with a palms springs feel. The home sits on an oversized lot with its private pool and mini golf backyard - facing the sound and mountains for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds private compound. Our property is close to parks with pounds, natural trails, golf court, sports fields, kids playgrounds and more.

Wake to water and cedars, soak in the riverside hot tub, then cook in the open kitchen while the hide-away projector warms up for movie night. Ideal for couples or a small family, and it sleeps up to 10 across 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sofa beds. Covered game garage with pop-a-shot, ping pong and cornhole. Starlink wifi works for remote work. Verlot campground is next door; Lake 22 is minutes away. Dogs welcome.

Located in a valley along the Pilchuck River 3.5 miles from downtown Snohomish, our 22 acre farm has been in our family for 4 generations. A refurbished 100 year old farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. Play in the river, ride your bike along the Centennial Trail to downtown Snohomish, host your family , enjoy the tranquility of the country. Camping and campfires are available. . This is a family property, and you will see us working in the garden and fields. We are unable to host family pets.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
