Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Tucked away in the foothills of Victoria’s High Country is Sawmill Cottage Farm Our open plan cottage is an ideal place for couples, friends or those looking for a solo relaxing country getaway. Explore the King Valley’s wineries or slow down enjoy the views over the valley and soak up the peaceful country vibes. Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

"Villacostalotta" bringing 1885 to the present.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.

Charlemont Guest House

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
