Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 400+sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a short walk! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

Located in Eugene's south hills, we offer our detached loft space with private entrance and deck. A perfect home base to explore Eugene and the Willamette Valley. Comfortable queen bed. You'll feel like you're in a nest in the trees while staying in this freshly remodeled studio adjoining our personal home in South Eugene. Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Peaceful, modern &conveniently located guest house

The Little House is a 520 sq ft attached guest house built in 2019. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Please note: Rates vary based on demand and summer/winter rates vary.

Enjoy your stay at this artsy, bright, and private studio! It has a kitchenette, tiled bath, queen Tempurpedic bed, and excellent AC. Quality linens, coffee and tea, and all the necessities to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Strong WiFi, dedicated driveway parking, and a private outdoor seating area. 48" Roku tv. In a quiet tree-lined neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, and Westmoreland Park all w/in 3 blocks. Distances: <2 miles to downtown, 2.5 to campus, 1 to fairgrounds.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

Private entrance to private second floor space above garage of owner’s home, no shared walls once upstairs. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster and small fridge. One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.
