Welcome, to the Bohemian Artist's Suite designed to refresh you with the inside/outside relationship of suite and garden surrounded by ancient oak trees. A path from my driveway takes you through the garden to your private entry, a south facing deck and french doors. This eclectic one bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bath, kitchenette and laundry. It is my intent to enchant, relax, and nourish you during your stay. Many urban amenities are within walking distance from the suite.

This is a charming above ground studio apartment in the quiet Friendly St neighborhood two miles to University of Oregon/Hayward field. It is in the lower level of an historic Craftsman bungalow in a lovely safe neighborhood. Access to a washe/dryer for stays one week or longer. Neighborhood shops/restaurants nearby by. Close to Lane County Fairgrounds. Enclosed backyard. Dog friendly upon approval with a $15 (no cats). Outside security cameras in car port and outside door.

A place to go to get away.

This space is cleaned according to Covid Cleaning Protocols. You're in walking/biking distance to Univ. of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no 3rd party bookings (your reservation will be cancelled) or animals allowed.

Nestled in the Historic Coburg Antique District on dead end street. Just under a mile off the I-5 freeway. Walking distance to local restaurants. Dari Mart close by for groceries and incidentals. Close to many attractions: Autzen Stadium 5.3 miles. Oakway Center 4.8 miles. 5th St Market 5.7 miles. The Shoppes at Gateway 4.4 miles. The Hult Center 5.8 miles. Escape to a "magical" cottage where every detail ensures a "cozy and welcoming" stay. Guests rave about the "private hot tub," "peaceful outdoor space," and "spotlessly clean" interiors.
