Cottage proche de la côte de granit rose

Bienvenue dans votre cottage en pierres, lumineux, créé en 2023 et dogfriendly. A 25 mn des côtes bretonnes, vous pourrez vous ressourcer à Perros Guirec, découvrir Ploumanac'h, emprunter le GR 34, visiter l'île de Brehat, le gouffre de Plougrescant. Marché de producteurs locaux chaque vendredi matin, petits commerces à 700m et supermarché. Terrasse avec mobilier de jardin, transats vue sur le jardin. Parking. Vous passerez un moment inoubliable, ressourcés et plein de souvenirs. A bientôt 😁

2 bedroom cottage near Pontrieux / Granite Coast

Two adjoining cottages within walking distance of the river town of Pontrieux, near the coast. The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is 1.5km from the Medieval town, situated on the estuary/river Trieux and is close to many beautiful beaches from Paimpol and Trestel (20 minutes), to the Pink Granite Coast (40 minutes). The cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and offer comfortable accommodation. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shops and a weekly market.

Nouvellement rénové, ce cottage à proximité immédiate du bourg de LEZARDRIEUX ( 900 m) et de son port de plaisance, vous permettra de profiter des commodités ( supérette, boulangerie...) ainsi que de la tranquillité des lieux de par sa terrasse ensoleillée et son jardin pour vous détendre. Séjour avec cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et connexion internet, salle d'eau et wc. A l' étage: 2 chambres et une 3ème chambre avec lit superposé.

Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Vous séjournerez à 150m de la plage, à Martin Plage, en baie de St-Brieuc, dans une maison entièrement rénovée pour 6 pers, ( possibilité de rajouter un lit bébé). En famille ou entre amis, vous serez à 150m du GR34, qui vous mènera notamment à la pointe du Roselier, avec sa magnifique vue sur la baie! Au Vau Madec - Gîte Eco-responsable & Zéro Déchet

Le logement "Au Vau Madec" est situé à Pordic, entre Saint Brieuc et Binic dans un quartier très calme au cœur de la nature. Les chemins de randonnée (GR34, TroBreizh, ou Véloroute...), la mer et sa plage de galets sont à quelques minutes via un petit sentier forestier situé au pied de notre propriété. Engagés dans une démarche éco-responsable et zéro déchet au sein de notre famille, nous appliquons cette même philosophie de vie au sein du gîte.
