PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Living Room has a beautiful View of a Pond Beaming with Life, Turtles, Ducks, Egrets & Fish. The House sits by itself on a very large cul-de-sac. Private back yard with a privacy Fence and Pond, for your use. (No shared areas.) Guests say pictures do not do this unit justice.

Cozy studio 1.3 miles to Barefoot Beach

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.

This property is located at San Carlos Park, is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, near I-75 between exit 123 - 128. We are located close to three different malls (Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point). We also have a university campus about 12 minutes (FGCU) . You will be close to everything . We are very close to beaches as Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach, both are to 10 miles from our home.
