The best location, period. This very quiet and private one bedroom apartment has a paved & shaded parking . To ensure a long night rest there are black out rolls on windows. Private courtyard with Gas grill & side burner. 1 block from Publix supermarket. Walk to FSW State College. Walk to Barbara B Mann theater or Suncoast Arena. 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach. 17 miles to Sanibel Island beaches. 8 miles to Downtown Fort Myers and just 15 miles to the SWF International Airport. 2 parking spaces .

Important Note: This apartment had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going in fun island style! Beaches are beautiful and our brand new pool is complete and ready to enjoy. This vacation rental unit has been totally rebuilt and is now ready to welcome guests again! Nearly everything is brand new and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island. Skip the dated condos and hotels and get ready to enjoy this newer, nicer option, located just 1 short block (800 feet) from the sand. As you’ll see from the reviews it had a great track record before the storm, and it’s been rebuilt even better! Enjoy NEW!

Private Studio in Great Location with Laundry

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Studio just few blocks from the Cape Coral's bridge on Colonial. Very safe and family friendly neighborhood. Private side entrance. No full kitchen but a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and essentials for a gas grill outside. Very quiet private and relaxing fenced patio to sunbathe and enjoy the Florida weather. 12 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 4 miles from Downtown Fort Myers.
