Remodeled 4 BR 3 Full Bath Sunshine Getaway

A perfect place for couple's or families. This home boasts 2 master suites with large, covered Lani with heated pool (Nov-March 85°). A total of 7 smart TVs. Enjoy preparing a family meal in the large fully equipped kitchen with double oven and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a bike ride on one of 4 bikes or Cornhole that's provided as well as other games and beach accessories. House sits on a quiet cul-de-sac for relaxing. Absolutely no parties or events! Max Guests on property at ANY time is 8!

You'll fall in love with this tinny but magical place in the heart of Naples, modern open concept,high end finishes, a lot light, 2 BR queens beds, fine blinens, full bathroom with marble, enclosed pool, spacious back yard and a wood burning fire pit, 2 parking spaces just few steps from your front door. This place is near to all Naples has to offer, beautiful beaches, dining & nightlife, it is only 3km from the beach, 3 km from 5th ave in Old Naples and less than a mile from shopping centers.

A renovated mid century modern house with natural peaceful views out of every window and slider. No detail spared, as it was going to be our forever home. Located on an ocean access canal, extremely safe, quaint and friendly neighborhood, just off 41. The backyard has a large shaded sitting area with a gas grill and fire pit. The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.
