Cozy 1-bedroom home-great Aurora viewing

Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is a additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler" that holds four.

We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

Small studio cabin close to Fairbanks.

This small cabin has everything needed for a safe, quiet and comfortable home base while you visit Fairbanks. *** Please note that there is a half bath -- a sink and toilet, NO TUB or SHOWER! *** ** At times during the winter, AWD or 4WD is REQUIRED. To avoid the steep part of the driveway, there is a parking space 100 feet away from cabin. An extension cord for the headbolt heater can be supplied, if needed.

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
