Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

Explore the Golden Heart City from this adorable little cabin! Nestled in the hills of Goldstream you'll feel like you're deep in the wilderness but you'll be within 10 minutes from town. You'll feel like a real Alaskan here! No visible neighbors is such a peaceful feeling. Step outside onto the porch and sip your coffee while listening to the dog sled teams howling. You’ll likely see squirrels, birds, possibly a frog! If you're lucky you might catch some Northern Lights.

Rustic Retreat

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. Please note, there is some trim to be finished. Upgrades are being finished between guest.

Wilderness and Aurora views close to town - A charming cedar shake house perched on a bluff overlooking the Tanana River with a view of the Alaska Range mountains and northern lights when the weather permits. About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

Stylish 3 bedroom/ 2 bath Chalet in the hills above Fairbanks 12 minutes from the airport, 15 from downtown. Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!
