Beautiful apartment located in a quiet residential area next to the beach. The apartament is full of light and is equiped with all the necessary household things, washing-machine, air conditioning and wifi. It's only a 7-minute walk from the train station and next to the bus stop, supermarket and some very handy little shops. It has a 10m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 utility room and 1 parking space. It is located in a three-story building, on the second floor. There's no lift.

Villa 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain, très calme et proche de tout. En été comme en hiver, maison très agréable, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (6 adultes maximum). Très bien équipée, idéalement située entre Barcelone et Sitges, elle est parfaite pour passer des vacances familiales au bord de la mer ou pour télé-travailler et profiter des salons professionnels. Nice apartment with incredible views close to BCN

Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.
