A great stay in a great location. Apartment was very lovely and spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood. The heated mattress pad was amazing! Mikkie was very knowledgeable, kind, and generous. We took the subway to Boston one day and a beautiful walk around Mystic River and lakes and Sandy Beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing experience! The house was comfortable and more amenities than we could even use during our trip! Every need was considered and provided for by Eileen and Sal! The location on the lake was picturesque for our Fall getaway! Removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a refuge for us! Centrally located to my daughter in Maine and other daughter who was in Boston for the long weekend! Loved how peaceful everything was! Beds were comfortable and views were amazing! Would absolutely book here again!

This is our second time at Katy’s. We love it there. This time we got to enjoy their new furniture and upgrades, though it was gorgeous before. Katy was very accommodating and communicative. We will be back again. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

We were looking for a quick local getaway over the holiday weekend and stumbled upon Elliot and Kylie’s listing. At first, we hesitated to book—it looked almost too good in the photos! But the home was exactly as pictured—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for spending time together while still having peaceful areas to retreat to. The location is super convenient, with great restaurants and shopping nearby, plus easy access to beaches and hiking trails if you're looking for outdoor adventures. We’re already hoping to make this one of our go-to spots when we need to recharge. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

This house is perfect for the space / location. Not many listings with hot tub and still with great distance to things/beach. A very family friendly space / very ideal for large/multi family based on the kitchen/dining and outdoor areas. Note he is also transitioning/updating furniture which I think will help a lot.

I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s all over the world and this place does it right. The unexpected extras like things you always need in the kitchen when you arrive to an Airbnb to shampoo and conditioner in the shower to laundry detergent and dryer sheets.All there waiting for you. I grew up in Marblehead and this is a perfect location to be able to walk to beautiful Devereaux beach or around Marblehead neck. Backyard is a huge perk for this location as it is not common to have a backyard like this in an Airbnb this close to the beach. It isn’t huge it is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my two kids. Grill was great, there is a mini back deck, lots of games to play comfortable kitchen. Props to the owners you have done an awesome job and I will be recommending this Airbnb to my family and friends

We had a wonderful time at Viki and Bill's. Viki was very responsive to any questions we had. The lake was beautiful and while we did not take advantage of them, kayaks were available. Parking was straightforward. We thought the place was pretty private. It was a nice place to unwind after a day out in Salem. The lack of a kitchen makes it a bit rough for longer stays but it was perfect for our weekend getaway!
