Great stay & location. Close to groceries store if you need it

This was 1 of my extended stays at Ali’s place which like I mentioned before is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful time during our stay which we extended for a couple of days more thanks to our wonderful host Ali.

An amazing stay! The location was wonderful and the home was splendid. Everything smelled and looked well cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms each had their own closet. I would recommend this location to anyone I know.

This is my second time staying at Royals place. The extra amenities are a nice touch and much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back again, thanks Royal!

Place was so great, a day after I arrived I booked it for another stay next month! Excellent host, cozy place, awesome amenities.

Ali’s place is our go to whenever we’re in Windsor. His place is beautifully equipped with everything that will make your stay comfortable. He’s very responsive and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

Very nice house. Great area

Beautiful modern upper apartment style rental. Well equipped, clean, great for entertaining. The host is great to work with. Not a lot do in the immediate area (unless you have a boat) but that was exactly what we had wanted. Pool, fire, lake views.

Great place, everything is new and very well kept. Had a great experience.

The place was exactly as described, the bathroom was very spacious and our host was very responsive. It was about 80$ for one night, they also had coffee and tea bags available along with clean towels. The additional security cameras that are strategically placed made me feel safer that our host could see who came in and out.

Great location, so close to the national park but on a quiet street. right across from the lake. responded promptly to all questions. stayed with him before. plan to stay again next year.

My partner and I came to stay in Kingsville to spend the month of August with some family and friends, as we live in Toronto. The space offered us everything we needed during the day, as we both work from home. We love the charming neighborhood and the location could not have been any better with restaurants and cafes a 5 minute walk and grocery less than a 10 minute drive. If you love wineries this is also a perfect location. Thank you to the hosts who were extremely responsive anytime we had a question.

Great stay! Accommodating host. Close proximity to the bridge and the tunnel. Super comfortable bed and large television. Hope to stay again next time we are in town. ❤️

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The place was nice and clean and the host was easily contactable and sent us a message every couple of days to check all was ok. We had plenty of room and facilities to cook and do our laundry. The pool area out the back was great and my kids and I spent many hours swimming. I would definitely consider booking again if we are back in the area next year.

Our stay at Tina’s was wonderful. We mainly used it for sleeping, as we were visiting family who live locally during the day. It was perfect for our needs! The bedrooms are well set up, and it’s nice to have the option of two separate beds along with the larger bed in the separate room. While not a full kitchen, it was well appointed for what we needed. The bathroom had a good number of towels, which was great. Parking was plentiful and check in was easy. It’s a close walk to Main Street and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying again.
