Small Studio 5 steps from sand is on the first floor on back,property have 2 separate studios on first floor studio have two queen beds ,HAVE WINDOW BUT NOT TO THE BEACH ,small kitchen, bathroom and coffee table,has balcony in front door no beach view and patio on back of property close to airport bqn,crash boat beach,walking distance restaurants and a bar from the beach,close to water break .To access studio you need to take down stairs .FREE PARKING ON STREET THERES NO PRIVATE PARKING

Puerta Espinar Beach House

This beach house provides a stunning view over the main balcony and is located on a mile of lonely sandy beach. This breezy three story home is ideal for large families with four bedrooms and a roof deck providing the best view of the west coast. The main level has three bedrooms, two baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. The lower level studio has its own bathroom as well as a kitchenette and laundry. There are paddle boards, beach chairs and towels for our guests use.

Renovated & Modern. Panoramic sunset ocean view. Comfortable furnished Patio/Terrace with ceiling fans. All new furniture & stainless steel appliances. Direct TV,DVD. Safe room storage for valuables. Monitored Alarm System. Two cars garage. Nice backyard with breadfruit, oranges, banana, plantains, "guanabana" (soursop), "acerolas" (hawthorn berry) trees and some flowers. Surfing beach, 2 min away & plenty of very nice, beautiful, clean beaches nearby.
