The Gypsy Rose Luxury Glamper at Rose Cottage Farm

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. This is a luxury “Glamping” experience. You’ll stay on our historic farm that was once bootlegging operation and a brothel during the prohibition era. We are just a short drive from the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches. This is a cozy brand new travel trailer with all the bells and whistles. We do meals, charcuterie boards and beautiful afternoon tea for additional fees. Nestled in private quiet garden behind main house. Off street parking and own entrance. Safe and friendly neighborhood of East Hill. Can walk to a bakery and pub. Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Delightful 1-bedroom houseboat with free parking.

Please read listing carefully. No pets allowed and no smoking. This is where your glamping adventures begin. You won’t forget your time in this peaceful and quiet place. Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

🌟Luxurious new build minutes from beach+downtown

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

Welcome to our renovated 1950s carriage house, tucked privately behind our home in East Hill. Steps from scenic Bayview Park with paddle boards, canoes, and bikes for rent, and a short ride to bars, breweries, and restaurants on 12th Avenue. Historic downtown Pensacola offers shopping, dining, and live music at Vinyl Music Hall and performances at The Saengar Theater. Plus, the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are a short and stunning drive away.

Cute Cottage Getaway Downtown!

Wonderful cottage within walking distance to enjoy everything downtown Pensacola has to offer- gallery night, festivals, concerts, market days, parades, Ice flyers games, and Pensacon are all within walking distance! Very cute 1 bedroom 1 bath, light and bright though out. Front porch for relaxing afternoons. A few blocks away from the convention center!!! We charge a pet fee of $75+tax that will be charged per pet. Collected separately.
