East Bay Getaway - Studio with Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

Waterfront With Pier, Sunset Private King Suite

Serene, safe, & clean right on Perdido Bay and with the best sunset. Comfortable king comfy bed & private guest entrance . You'll have your own fridge, a small freezer, microwave, coffee & Keurig coffee maker, hammock, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, sofas, and pier/dock with shower, and small beach. Owners room is on the opposite side of the house, for your PRIVACY (rarely home). We supply beach towels & beach chairs. Paddle boards & kayaks for your use-go find the DOLPHINS! SMOKE FREE!

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING! Private suite between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). This suite is the upstairs portion of our home (THERE ARE STAIRS LEADING TO SUITE). It is not the entire house. THERE IS A SHARED FRONT ENTRANCE SEPERATED FROM MAIN LIVING AREA BY A PRIVACY SCREEN PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES FOR VISUAL. The suite has a king bed, bathroom and sitting area with a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Spacious private guest suite with its own entrance, completely separate from the main house. We are usually on the property but rarely see our guests, offering plenty of privacy. The entrance is at the end of the driveway with parking right outside your door. A quiet neighborhood across from a park with a shaded ½-mile walking path, benches, and playground. Near airport, shopping, restaurants, and just 12 miles from Pensacola's beautiful beaches. King Bed • Pack & Play available upon request.

Private entry and parking located at the rear of the home. Owners live on site in completely separate, but attached quarters. THIS LISTING DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMALS DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES.

This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***

You will have your own private full kitchen. Book a massage with our massage therapist before your stay and enjoy your massage just steps away from your suite.
