Set on a spacious private lot, this two-bedroom retreat offers a true off-the-beaten-path experience with snowmobile access nearby, four-season outdoor recreation, and direct waterfront access just steps from the cabin, where you can paddle upstream to Sturtevant Pond or downstream to the Magalloway River. Inside, the home blends rustic cabin charm with modern comforts. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living area includes a cozy daybed and a sleeper chair, making it ideal for families or small groups. After a day outdoors, relax with board games, flat-screen TVs, and a cozy dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. Guests are provided with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are available in the unfinished basement, and the cabin is equipped with central heating and ceiling fans. Step outside to enjoy the cabin’s highlight — a serene outdoor living space overlooking the stream. Please note the cabin does not have air conditioning, but Maine’s cool nights, natural shade, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable. The cabin is one story with a step down upon entry and steps down to the bedrooms and bathroom. Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the gravel and grass driveway. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. Lakefront home on Akers Pond. Bring your own boat and tie up to the private dock and enjoy everything the pond has to offer. Go for a kayak ride or do some fishing. Bring your side by side and go for a ride on the trails and take in the amazing foliage during the Fall. In the wintertime you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system or partake in some ice fishing. During warmer months, guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, in beautiful Akers Pond. As well as amazing ATV trails within 5 minutes, hiking trails and scenic views. In the winter, the area offers snowmobiling with direct access to trails, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing on the pond. Rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegill, and other fish.

Take a step back in time to grandmas vintage house. This spacious home is located next to the Androscoggin River, perfect for white water rafting trips, hunting, fishing, hiking and boating. The state boat launch is a half-mile down the road. The house has a game room with an air hockey table and board games. There is plenty of room for a large group of people, a two-car garage, and a big front and back yard. Snowmobile trail and ATV access directly from the house. Enjoy high speed WiFi.

Elk Lodge- Upton

Recently updated and added a second bathroom and 4-6 person barrel sauna. Located minutes from Grafton Notch State Park and immediate access to snowmobile trails. Umbagog Lake boat launch located 3.7 miles away. Across property of Umbagog National Wildlife refuge. Only 37 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort. Elk Lodge is a log cabin with the perfect surroundings of nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, catching glimpses of the wildlife. Excellent area for outdoor recreation.

L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

A Little Piece of Heaven with Direct Snow

Beautiful camp style home located 1 mile from ATV trail head. ATV's must be trailered to trail head. This warm and cozy camp has 1 master bedroom with on suite full bath attached upstairs along with loft that has 1 full and 2 twin and will sleep 6 adults comfortably, second full bath located on main floor. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Camp has WI-FI and Roku with Netflix and Hulu for those who prefer to stay back and relax and enjoy Mother Nature at her finest.
