Thomas place is a great location for saddleback. only 15 minutes away, and restaurant that are walkable. The place itself is clean, well stock kitchen, and cozy.

Good space, clean, quiet, will visit again.

Excellent last minute find for our family doing a late season ski trip to Mt. Abram. Clean, comfy beds, nicely laid out, lots of attention to detail for the needs of the guests. The only suggestions I would make are small, and likely they are coming as I believe the unit is new. Area rugs, particularly in the main space, would make the space feel much more homey. A sink in the kitchenette would be helpful (we noticed a hookup for this, so perhaps it's on it's way). Maybe one more seat in the living room so than two people could comfortably sit in there? Otherwise it was great, and we'd stay there again, with or without these changes!

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Kelly was an excellent host for our stay! Very responsive at all times (even with horrible weather!!) Right on trail for snowmobiling. Very clean, instructions easy to follow!

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

We loved our stay!! The view out back was beautiful and we saw a moose one morning. Great quiet neighborhood and location. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

This place for was perfect for our ski trip. The home had plenty of beds for all of us and enough room for us to all hang out. The hot tub was an excellent addition to relax after a long day of skiing. The house is very private and gives that secluded feeling. Overall, we loved the house and would totally stay again.

Great location for a ski weekend. Perfectly comfortable for 3-4 adult friends to share the space which is more affordable than many local locations. Well appointed space.

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
