J'ai passé une expérience magnifique dans cet appartement ! ll est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et bien agencé, L'endroit est situé dans une zone calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Mariem, l'hôte, est vraiment exceptionnel.Elle est très gentil et réactif, répondant rapidement à tous mes messages De plus, elle m'a permis de venir avant l'heure du check-In à, ce qui a été un geste très apprécié. Un grand merci à Mariem pour son hospitalité et pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c'est un véritable havre de paix !

Mohamed est un hôte à l’écoute il nous a tout détaillé et la manipulation de la maison intelligente était facile . L’emplacement était idéal pour nous et tout ce dont on avait besoin était à proximité. On recommande bien l’appartement et l’hôte.

bellissimo alloggio, molto moderno e ben servito. la zona è molto tranquilla e a soli 5 minuti da sidi bou said e marsa la plage. consiglio vivamente poiché per una famiglia da 4/5 persone può essere una soluzione perfetta, vista anche la presenza di due bagni (uno di servizio) eric è stato molto disponibile e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. grazie ancora!

logement proche de la cathédrale à 5min à pied , du souk et bab al bahr. proche de tout et restaurant etc. le balcon est top pour ce reposer et profiter de la belle météo. Filippo est top . (hors sujet mais il y a un très jolie bar à thé au rdc mais attention au prix demandé diffirent de ceux affichées)

Excellent sur tous les points. Logement dans un quartier populaire, calme et très bien entretenu. Vraiment proche de toute commodité, café, super marché…. Communication au top, le logement est tenu par une famille adorable. Il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous répondre.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et bien équipé. La communication avec Bilel a été fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! Tout est impeccable, notamment grâce à la femme de ménage qui fait un travail remarquable. L’espace est bien équipé, rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Sabrine est une hôte extraordinaire : elle répond à tous mes messages, peu importe l’heure, et se montre toujours disponible pour satisfaire mes demandes. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux accueil ! 5 étoiles méritées.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Sehr stilvol eingerichtet und sauber. Die Wohnung hat auch einen Aufzug. Der Innenhof ist schön begrünt und lädt zum Frühstücken auf dem Balkon ein. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein großer Supermarkt, diverse Cafés und Restaurants und ein Friseur/Schönheitssalon.

L’appartement était encore mieux que ce qu’on imaginait : entièrement équipé, super propre, avec tout le nécessaire dans une résidence calme et sécurisée pour passer un agréable séjour. Hana notre hôte est super gentille et arrangeante. Elle nous a même laissé la dernière journée libre pour qu’on puisse partir tard, ce qu’on a vraiment apprécié. Je recommande vivement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci pour tout Hana :)

The place is fantastic! Easy self check in. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Seif is such an amazing host. He is very friendly and very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Amina’s flat! She was extremely quick to respond to any questions and always willing to offer support whenever needed. The flat itself is in a fantastic location, very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Amina’s hospitality truly made a difference — she made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

RAS sejour conforme à mes attentes

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, vraiment rien à dire mise à part que le jacuzzi ne marchait pas mais c’est pas grave, nous pouvons quand même faire un bain lol L’endroit où est situé l’appartement et proche de la corniche, Sidi Bou Said, à 10 minutes de Tunis centre en taxi L’hôte était extrêmement réactif Vraiment rien à dire au moindre soucis il répondait et réglais le problème l’appartement est super grand bien. Équipé bien décoré aussi merci encore pour votre accueil c’est sûr qu’on reviendra, nous passerons par votre entreprise

Bonjour Pour notre première visite en Tunisie Eh bien ma femme moi même et nos 3 enfants venons de passer un séjour agréable et inoubliable dans ce magnifique logement qui cachait plein d'autres atouts non visibles sur les photos. ..Je vous laisserai les découvrir par vous même En plus proximité immédiate de : (Banque ....Carrefour....Go sport ....Restaurants. ...Fast food...Pharmacie...salon de coiffure. .etc.... ) et autres surprises et surtout une extraordinaire madame Souhir et son époux qui nous ont accueilli avec cérise sur le gâteau...un petit dejeuner copieux et des collations dont les enfants se souviennent encore Elle se mettra à votre disposition pour vous faire découvrir bien d'autres belles choses à voir en Tunisie. Je ne vous parle pas de la vieille Mabrouka qui vous fera découvrir les saveurs de la cuisine tunisienne ....N'hésitez pas à recourir à ses services.
