The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Vous serez charmez par notre loft très lumineux de 60 m2 qui offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Vous n'aurez que 100 m à faire pour découvrir la très grande plage de Caroual et emprunter les sentiers du GR34. Cap d'Erquy, cap Fréhel ..... Le logement n'es pas adapté pour les bébés et les enfants de moins de 10 ans. Décoration soigné Linge de maison fournis et lits faits à votre arrivée. "Second couchage sur Demande avec supplément de 10 Euros par personne et nuit supplémentaire.

Le plafond cathédrale offre une grande clarté à ce loft traversant avec pour seuls vis-à-vis, l'océan et l'horizon. La pièce de vie est composée d'un espace salon et d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée. L'espace nuit reçoit lui un lit à très grandes dimensions.

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
