El apartamento/estudio se encuentra ubicado entre el centro comercial Yumbo y C.C Kasbha consta de un baño estancia de dos camas individuales y salón cocina con sofá cama con vistas a las piscinas con grandes ventanales de doble cristal puerta principal blindada de alta seguridad.Muy próximo al paseo y playa del inglés rodeado de todos los servicios a menos de 50 metros se encuentran varios supermercados farmacia ,clinica medica ,restaurantes ,gymnasio, oficina de alqiiler de turismos , bicicletas , perfumería ,discotecas ,tiendas de moda y bancos.

Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

The apartment has a bedroom with king size bed (180x200), salon with comfortable sofa (140x200), full equiped kitchen and the bathroom. Only 3 min. walk from Yumbo (centre) and 10 min. from the beautiful, sandy beach. There is a big flat TV and internet included. In the complex the pool . The apartment just renovated in wonderful modern shape.

Very nice modern apartment bungalow completely new in a beautiful residence with Internet ADSL , swimming pool in front line of the sea. A private patio can be used to take your breakfast with sun. My accommodation is close to restaurants, beach, nightlife, public transport and family-friendly activities.
