Cosy apartment located on the beachfront. Perfect for quiet vacations. Enjoy the sea view from the balcony and the closeness of the beach. The sand is a few steps from the apartment and the complex has a private access to the beach. The ideal place to escape from the routine and stress, enjoying one of the best sunrises of the island. Acogedor apartamento con excelente ubicación en Playa del Inglés, a dos minutos caminando de la playa. La casa dispone de un amplio salón-comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, un espacioso dormitorio (con aire acondicionado) , un baño, y una preciosa terraza - jardín con acceso directo a la zona de piscina, estando ubicado en una zona solárium con hamacas al lado de la terraza. El complejo tiene aparcamiento gratuito incluido en el complejo y dos piscinas comunitarias.

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

Precious bungalow in Maspalomas, fiber optic+WI-FI

Bright and very quiet bungalow, almost inside the Maspalomas golf course, in a residential complex. All on a level with no stairs! Gorgeous gardens, pools and solarium. Restaurants, supermarkets and more nearby. Complete satisfaction and pleasant stay with all the comforts of a house very equipped. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.

Elegant luxury apartment with amazing sea view

An elegant apartment with a splendid 180 degree sea view starting from the dunes of Maspalomas to the extreme tip of San Agustin, a few steps from a shopping center complete with all services and the beach. Just renovated and complete with all comforts. It consists of a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed with the possibility of adding a folding bed, a large bedroom with a comfort double bed, a bathroom with shower.

Waken up by the tropical birds and without opening eyes, we know it is a beautiful day because here almost every day is sunny and summer all year round; the long beach, the fine sand, the blue sky/ocean, the unique dunes and volcano landscape, the street without traffic light, the simple/relaxing lifestyle and warm/friendly people... We are very fortunate to discover this paradise and would like to share it with you :-)

Inmejorable apartamento en el mismo corazón de Playa del Ingles, amplio, luminoso, totalmente reformado, con todas las comodidades, wifi, lavadora, parking gratuito y equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Con dos balcones donde pasar unos atardeceres encantadores en compañía de los tuyos. Una gran piscina y un gran jardín y todo ello a dos minutos del mar y de los mejores lugares de ocio del momento.
