Julio's place was beautiful. Had everything to cook, chill or just have a calming and restful experience. The highlight was the small pool just in front of the sea. We stayed during the island's general blackout. The hosts were extremely responsive and called a mechanic who turned the power plant on for us. We never felt we were under a blackout. Extremely appreciative of the fast response.

The house is more beautiful in person, and feels larger than in the pictures. Check in and check out was seamless. Julio was very responsive, proactive, and friendly host. We stayed in the house during one of Puerto Ricos largest blackout, and the house energy generator worked very well, we had zero problems with that. Overall me and my family had a great time, and my children had a lot of fun in the shallow beach in front of the house. We spotted different species of fishes and crabs in the mornings. I would definitely stay in the house again.

Edgardo was truly exceptional! From the moment I booked until the very end of my stay, he was attentive, kind, and always available, 24/7. He checked in regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond in every single detail. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but I’ve never had a host like him. The apartment itself was spotless, everything was so well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The furniture, kitchen, and every corner of the space felt clean, cozy, and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for more. If I return to Ponce, this will absolutely be my first choice, no doubt about it. This stay was truly unforgettable. Thank you, Edgardo, for everything! Julio’s place is just amazing. Whether you are looking for a romantic and private getaway or a weekend with an entire group, the property is beautiful. We loved it so much we came back with our relatives. Julio makes sure his guests have the most amazing time.

Absolutely loved this space! It was very quiet, tranquil, homey, safe, and peaceful. Very modern, bright, and airy island feel. The only thing to be mindful of is that cell service may not be the best in this area. However, the wifi connection does allow for wifi calling. Overall loved this space and all the amenities. they even had a closet filled with a bunch of items for extracurriculars including yoga mats, beach chair, basketball, volleyball, and air pump, boards games, you name it! It's like they'd thought of everything. During our stay, there was an island wide power outage and Frances was super proactive about reaching out and checking in on us, and at no moment did we feel unsafe during that time. Truly enjoyed this space and would ABSOLUTELY stay again.
