Stay at "One Magnolia" just 1.7 miles from Emory University Hospital and 1 mile away from Decatur Square. In our Southfarthing Suite, you'll find the perfect combination of centrally located peace and quiet on a wooded private drive. Come home to a spacious walk-in apartment with all the things you need and some nice extras. The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

The cottage is located behind our main home but for your convenience is accessible through a private entrance from the back of our yard. Located in close proximity to all the best Atlanta attractions: minutes from Downtown, the Beltline, Piedmont Park, and the Botanical Gardens.

Enjoy a quiet retreat in the heart of Atlanta's historic Druid Hills neighborhood. You will feel right at home here no matter your reason for an Atlanta visit, whether it's a job interview at the CDC, a visit to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, a concert at Piedmont Park, or an orientation or graduation at Emory University.
