Cozy Emmett house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Country quiet gem - take a break from the busy and relax in a spacious home all to yourself with beautiful views of pastures and the Emmett foothills. The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.
