Cozy Emmett house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

We just opened Blackberry Creek Gift Shop! You are welcome to shop it anytime you are here! Anything from my wife's Goat Milk Soap made fresh from milk from our local farms to unique & antique items. It is outside down the path to the left. We also offer other gourmet breakfasts for purchase. Check out our menu when you get here. A private hot tub to watch amazing sunsets while drinking wine from our local wineries is yours , and a massage chair for your comfort! Rewind , relax and enjoy!

Country quiet gem - take a break from the busy and relax in a spacious home all to yourself with beautiful views of pastures and the Emmett foothills. The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

Relax on the southern style wrap around porch or sit around the Solo Fire pit. Enjoy a game of horseshoes, putting green, poker table or many board games. Walk to quaint shops, Stoney’s Roadhouse live music, tractor pulls. Get your steps in at Gem Island Sports Complex. Short drive to Firebird Raceway.

Please Read! Very Private, 170 sq’ bedroom queen Healthwise bed, TV, wifi, fridge, micro, AC & heat detached/separate from main house. Additional floor sleeping pad under bed. Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Recently remodeled duplex Apartment with a cottage/farmhouse feel. This home is less than a block to downtown shopping, dining and the farmers market during the summer. Also just minutes away from walking and biking trails along the river. Quiet neighborhood and located off a dead end alley. Kitchen is stocked with basic amenities for cooking, including coffee and tea. Full washer/dryer and wifi on premises.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
