A wonderful experience of staying in here, very responsive host, private parking was also available and reserved for us, highly recommended to everyone.

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

I loved my stay at this property the check in process was very easy the host was always responsive and helpful with any enquiries I had the place was very very well equipped and had everything I needed and more. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again too :)

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement, la vue est à couper le souffle, la piscine à débordement est la plus belle du quartier avec une vue splendide du coucher du soleil. Le quartier est calme, bienveillant, supermarché juste à côté, beaucoup de très bons restaurants sur la promenade. Lit bébé et chaise bébé disponible. Merci Irina nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables et nous reviendrons.

Really great apartment, easy to find, easy to get into. Communication was fast and great value for money. Would recommend.

Everything was great & provided, from the basic essentials, interior design, up to the balcony with stunning burj khalifa view! We just had a hard time with the parking access card as it is not working. Security / reception / owner had an miscommunication and wont let us in everytime we get back to the place. In addition, WiFi is not that stable inside the rooms. 3 room does not have any ventilation.. Overall it was superb! My family enjoyed the eid holidays. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

Very comfortable villa with a nice garden in beautiful serene surroundings. Excellent host, very responsive. I have stayed here before and plan to come back in future.

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

I recommend The place.. it is clean as in the pictures. Bed is comfortable. Location is not fancy but it is close to the high way and 15 min to the city.

wonderful place just as described, accessible by sedan cars just follow instructions on how to get there. well maintained space and very responsive host, a home away from home. noticed tap water was a bit salty so maybe drying for people with sensitive skin but over all a pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money. Packed with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds. Sofas were huge enough for 3 people to sleep on. Great communication with Mohammed. Allocated parking space was a great plus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Felt right at home
