This property is absolutely gorgeous inside. Fantastic location one minute from the beach 10 minutes from the train station. The property was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

A cozy yet spacious yet lightfilled and luxurious stay in the heart of Lucca. Ilaria was such a gracious host, always responsive and helpful. This nest made my stay in Lucca all the more magical. I hope to return subito!

L'appartamento è molto pulito, ordinato e si trova in una zona a dir poco fantastica. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tantissimi locali, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La stazione, utile per visitare le 5 terre, dista 10 minuti a piedi. È possibile visitare le 5 terre anche tramite battello (molto caratteristico). Il battello è possibile prenderlo sul lungomare a meno 5 minuti dall'appartamento. Grazie mille Giuliana. Questi giorni sono stati fantastici. Ritorneremo molto volentieri!

we had a great stay here. through we arrived very late Laura was still awake and friendly for the check in. the House is great and the area is full of hihighlights to visit.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Olivio! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Toller Blick aus Fenster auf den Garten und Dorf. Das Haus gehört zur Villa Unis. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen großen Garten Abschnitt. Trotz Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir ihn glücklicherweise für uns alleine. Das Haus ist kleiner als gedacht, war aber genau richtig für zwei Erwachsene und ein dreijähriges Kind. Es war sehr sauber. Das fussläufige Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, genau wie die Lage. Kata war immer gut zu erreichen. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Urlaub dort verlängert. Vielen lieben Dank-wir würden wieder kommen!

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno nella casa di Maria Rosa che è stata un ospite delizioso. Sin dai primissimi contatti è stata gentilissima e proattiva, e all’incontro si è rivelata una persona sorridente e disponibile, pronta ad accomodare tutto al meglio e a darci consigli e indicazioni. La casa è grande, arredata con gusto, pulitissima ed ordinata : dispone di vari spazi che permettono alll’intero gruppo di riunirsi -eravamo in 11- ma anche a ciascuno di trovare un po’ di privacy. Anche l’esterno, con il pergolato in glicine è piacevolissimo. Per noi è stato tutto perfetto :-)

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad met ons zoontje van 10 maanden. Alles wat we maar nodig hadden was aanwezig in het appartement. Verder was het uitzicht super mooi, je zit op een hele rustige plek. Christina en haar familie woont er ook, maar je hebt genoeg privacy! Weg ernaar toe onverhard de laatste 200 meter, wat vooral een uitdaging is voor je auto maar dit ging ook prima. Hele fijne rustige plek om cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. Te bezoeken! Top vakantie gehad! Communicatie met Christina heel goed, ze antwoordt binnen korte tijd en helpt je bij vragen.

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Mascia: ottima posizione, silenzioso, molto pulito. Mascia persona molto simpatica e disponibile. Sicuramente se verremo ancora a Forte dei Marmi torneremo qui, complimenti!

Lucilla’s place is incredible. She has thought of everything a traveler might need. We were also greeted with some Prosecco and pizza as well as she had left some groceries for breakfast which was very welcome particularly traveling with a 9 month old. The views of Rapallo were incredible. It is up a hill so may not be as easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues and wants to walk instead of drive but we managed the walk with a stroller multiple times a day and the views are well worth it. Location is great with being only a 15 minute walk to the central core and ferry terminal. If you want a great stay in Rapallo look no further!

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines en famille. Très belles vacances chez Claudio et son épouse. Hôtes serviables, accueillants, disponibles...tout en discrétion. 👍 Logement très propre et confortable. Le logement et ses extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances très agréables. La piscine et la climatisation dans tout le logement offre un confort idéal pour profiter du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur 😊 La localisation permet de visiter, en voiture, beaucoup de sites Toscans et d'apprécier cette belle région. Et Claudio se fait un plaisir de donner les bons plans, les bonnes adresses...pour qu'on garde des souvenirs inoubliables 😊 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 😃

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

L'appartamente sfrutta nel migliore dei modi lo spazio disponibile. cucina molto attrezzata utensili, padelle, pentole di buona qualità. letti comodi, doppio bagno che per noi è stato fantastico! posizione a 1,5km dalla spiaggia dove si teneva la competizione. tutto perfetto, comunicazioni chiarissime, ringrazio molto andrea

Marcella was very attentive in her communication. She has nicely framed instructions on how to use everything. The condo is newly remodeled and everything is of high quality. A comfortable bed is important to me and this bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a great shower and towel warmer. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to use. We had an issue with the coffee maker and she came right over to bring us a new one. Best of all she ordered a cab for us to get to the train station when we weren’t able to read the app in Italian. Thank you for a lovely and safe place to stay!

The apartment is in the best location! You can easily walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a small grocery store next door and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6 people. Be advised one of the bedrooms has a loft which requires climbing up a ladder which was fine for us adults. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely rent this AirBnb again if we ever return to Florence.

Logement dans la campagne Toscane, à 2 pas de toutes commodités (gare, restaurants, supermarché...). Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Florence en train. Très bon accueil de Roberto, papa d'Elisa. Logement très propre très bien équipé, avec un jardin. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Gaetano è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni. Abbiamo prenotato il monolocale con giardino per fare la ricerca pasquale della uova, tradizione nordica, e naturalmente abbiamo usato il giardino anche per un aperitivo pomeridiano. Il suono del fiume è costante. La strada è poco sotto, ma la casa è abbastanza alta perché non vi si faccia caso. Nei dintorni si può passeggiare a Bagni di Lucca, che è come un borgo dimenticato, circondato di acqua e sentieri - molto interessanti i ponti di tutta quella zona. Ho trovato il prezzo molto vantaggioso: il monolocale aveva un equipaggiamento completo. Grazie a Gaetano e a presto!
