Historic Limestone Cabin with Loft in the Country

My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Prairie View Lodge

Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy time in this rustic space. Close to Wilson Lake, Kanopolis Lake, Salina, and lots of wind farms, you couldn't ask for a better location! The home is set in a beautiful rural area with a tree-surrounded pond, windmill, barn, and loads of outdoor space. Inside you will find a cozy living room with a built-in fireplace and large Cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining room sets, and spacious bedrooms with enough room to comfortably sleep ten.

Mid-century Lustron Retreat

Stay in an all metal "Lustron" home built in 1950! Only 1,500 of these post-war prefab homes still stand, and this one is in amazing condition. This well-designed two bedroom, one bathroom home has everything you need, retro-style. We have outfitted it with modern conveniences while keeping its original architectural features. Located near I-70, you can enjoy the beauty of Kansas from here. Drive the Post Rock Scenic Byway or go to Wilson State Park for swimming, boating, biking, or hiking.

Elkhorn Lodge

Elkhorn Lodge is cozy rural home conveniently located near I-70 and KS Hwy 156. This home sits on an actual working cattle ranch surrounded by the Smoky Hills of central Kansas. Elkhorn Lodge is located halfway between Kanopolis Lake and Wilson Lake. This peaceful getaway offers all the modern-day amenities along with the seclusion and privacy of rural living. Kanopolis Lakehouse and Guest Suite Getaway

Welcome to our lakehouse where the opportunities for relaxation or adventure awaits. Within 1/2 mile of the lakehouse, there is an ATV trail, 7 hiking/biking/horseback riding trails, wildlife viewing area, and a boat launch to get you out onto the water. "Knop" also has two public beaches, a playground, and seasonal marina. Premium Central Kansas habitat surrounds the lake with approximately 16,000 acres of public hunting for all your DIY deer, turkey, upland, and waterfowl hunters.

Atlas F Missile Silo Campground

Missile Silo Adventure Camping, sleeping under the stars! What better way to experience life in the Smoky Hills of Kansas than primitive camping at a former Missile Base. Here I am repurposing an abandoned Missile Base into an Adventure Resort. Learn about the first rockets that brought us to the Space-Age. Missile Base Tours 1 hr historical tour of the Atlas F Missile Base including the underground bunker is available for $20 for adults, $15 for veterans & $10 for children!

Kanopolis Getaway

Relax alone or with the whole family at our little peaceful place! Enjoy this quiet, small town located just minutes to either Kanopolis Lake or Wilson Lake. Get comfortable with 1 queen bed, twin bunk beds, a twin cot, and 2 couch beds for the whole crew. Plenty of room for many to sleep and even areas for a small air mattress if needed. There is a softball field, old football field, and school across the street so Aug-May you may hear joyful noises of children playing!

Welcome to Harker House! Just 4 miles from acres of walk-in hunting land, only 20 minutes from 2 of Kansas’s best fishing lakes, Kanopolis Lake and Wilson Lake, the clearest lake in Kansas. With a great Mexican restaurant across the street, 2 bars in town and a gas/convenience store just a half of a block away to meet your needs. Located in Venago Park, our family-friendly lake house offers guests a beautiful lake view and access to a cove with beach area - perfect for swimming, fishing, and exploring. Venango Park offers guests a chance to connect with nature and fun with a free boat ramp, hiking/biking trails, ATV trails, public swim beaches, playgrounds, many fishing opportunities, and public hunting grounds. All these activities are located within a 1/2 mile of the lake house.

The Homestead

The Homestead sits on a working cattle ranch in the Smoky Hills of central Kansas, located 2 miles off of Highway 14. Rustic living with modern amenities: full kitchen, full bath, TV. Great location for families and sportsmen to enjoy sunsets and the roaming wildlife. Less than 15 miles from Ellsworth and 20 miles from Lyons. Located 30 miles from Kanopolis Lake and 45 miles from Wilson Lake. Long-term guests welcome.

Gigi's Escape

Wanna get away Gigi's Escape is the place for you . This quaint little 8 x 12 cabin is placed in the serene countryside close to Kanopolis Lake. It is overlooking a shaded dry creek area, and amongst the prairie grass fields. No one will know you are there; it will be our little secret. The ultimate Glamping experience awaits!

This property is a single-family home. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a living room, kitchen, and laundry room as well. Storage is available in a small, detached garage. Holyrood is a small community and very quiet. The neighbors around this property are also quiet.
