We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Hocking Perth - Spacious 4 bedroom home

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. Please note that sleeping accommodation will be available for the number of booked guests.

While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The home is great as a holiday home for those who would like to tour the Swan valley wine region or to have access to our capital city. Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away.
