Rustic dry cabin sits on old mill site by the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest boundary. Features two bunk beds, a wood-burning stove, propane-powered oven & range, & generator for power. Bring your lanterns for a cozy glow! A quaint outhouse sits right behind the cabin & we provide water for your stay. Enjoy an evening under the stars when you roast marshmallows at the firepit. Bring your ATV for a ride up the mountain or right down to the Clearwater River! This is a hunter's paradise!

Elk City Escape - Amazing Views, Elk, & Wildlife

Spectacular views and amazing wildlife watching! Beautiful hand-hewn 2000 SqFt Log Home heated year around. Comfortably furnished with Dish TV and Unlimited Broadband Internet. Very private on 30 acres with driveway off the hard road and 2 miles from town. Where life slows down. Smell the pines, fall asleep to the rain on the metal roof, wake up to Elk in the meadow. Great porch to watch the sunrises and sunsets. Large campfire ring. Lots of room for everyone! Dogs welcome w/ $50 cleaning fee.

Mountain Pines Guesthouse

One bedroom cottage set in the pines with beautiful views of mountains, prairie, & wildlife. Enjoy a tranquil setting on 20 acres with a walking trail thru the woods. Only 6 minutes to town. Juice, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast and eggs (you cook) provided. Free WiFi. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Texting works, calls are iffy. You can use our land line. There is no A/C, but it stays cool like a basement, due to being partially built into a hillside. W/D. Portable crib available

Our Guest House is a great place to stay if you just want some peace and quiet or if you are interested in hunting, fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, river floating and much more. We are 7 miles up from the town of Kamiah for food/beverages, casino and the Clearwater River; 15 miles to Nez Perce Clearwater National Forest for hunting, hiking, snowshoeing; 30 miles to Dworshak Reservoir for additional fishing, floating or swimming.

At this freshly remodeled 1920’S Bungalow, you’ll discover many fun and welcoming features.The beautifully furnished, spacious living area is a perfect place to relax and unwind after an adventurous day in the outdoors, a long workday or just visiting family. The new Kitchen is a space to reconnect and prepare delicious meals together. Enjoy the Giant TV or soak in a beautiful clawfoot tub. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, a large upstairs area with 2 built in full beds and 1/2 bath.

Charming Cabin on the Southfork of the Clearwater

Relax with the family at this peaceful and charming 2 bed 1 bath cabin across the street from the Southfork of the Clearwater River. Lots to do for the outdoor enthusiast. Kayaking, tubing and swimming access just minutes from location. Drop a line in the river for some of the best fishing in Idaho. Cabin has full kitchen, bathroom, queen beds, closets in both bedrooms, WiFi, and DVD player (no satellite tv at this time). Due to our rural location wifi and cell service is spotty.

Huge 3 bedroom Southside house in Grangeville.

Entire house (1600 sq ft). Lots of room, great location, plenty of parking. Perfect location for high school sports games, getting away to the mountains or Clearwater or Salmon Rivers! Huge entertainment room with foosball and old school arcade!. Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.

The Nest

This charming home was built in 1948. Located in the beautiful Western Victorian town of Kamiah in a family friendly neighborhood. Where you will find restaurants, grocery store, gift shops, gas stations and the Nez Perce Tribal Casino. Just minutes from the famous scenic Clearwater river. Close to all things outdoors like fishing, rafting, hunting, hiking, snowshoeing, natural hot springs, ATV and snowmobile trails.

Lewis & Clark Trail Cabin @ Syringa

This two bedroom, one bath (shower only) furnished 1940's cedar-frame cabin is nestled in a grove of old growth fir and cedar along the banks of Little Smith Creek. It is historic, rustic, full of character, yet comfortable and clean. There is NOT any telephone, cell service, Broadcast TV, or cable. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, and Roku TV. There is a lot to do! It's like camping, only better.

Salmon River Dome 1

Unplug and recharge in this off-grid glamping dome overlooking the Salmon River. Located within minutes of white sand beaches and hiking trails, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This dome has access to a shared kitchen and shower unit *NO A/C, cell service, or Wi-Fi. *Porta-potty bathroom. *2 person maximum. *We welcome one nonaggressive, well-behaved dog per dome.
