Spacious, private cottage in charming beach town

Beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom pet-friendly home at the end of a quiet, dead-end street. Short walk to lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. AC, fast wifi, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove/dishwasher/microwave, bright main-floor laundry room with washer/dryer, huge backyard with tiered deck, patio set, BBQ and firepit, plus a cozy finished basement and plenty of parking. All the comforts of home - bedding, towels, beach chairs, toys, games, baby stuff etc.

Port Bruce main floor /shared outside areas

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

The beach house makes for the perfect relaxing vacation. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from doorstep to sand. High speed internet, spacious living quarters, a relaxing front porch, a private patio overlooking the ravine and a large yard shaded yard with fire pit. Enjoy the small town feel while being a short walk to the beach + amenities (grocery store, restaurants, shops, gas station, marina). Also note that the provincial park is a short 3 minute drive away.
