Oceanaire is a first class vacation home directly on the Atlantic Ocean beach near Governor's Harbour, central Eleuthera. This custom built villa underwent a total renovation inside and outside in 2019 and features two master suites with fantastic views from every room. Covered! veranda with comfortable furniture and an open sundeck overlooking a pink sand beach provide shade and sun worshippers equal opportunity to relax and enjoy the serenity of Oceanaire. Blue Bahia Beautiful Villa Majestic Views, Ten Bay

The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

A free standing 1 bedroom beach side villa. Brand new build with old island charm, steps from pink sands beach and views out over the blue Bahamian waters. *Update April 23,2025 we have installed a battery backup system which can power the unit for up to 36 hours in the case of power outages. It is a seamless transition when the power goes out, it doesn't even reset the Internet modem so you'll never even know the power is out.

It’s quaint and cozy and only steps away from the beach. There are 2 houses on this property. 'Cozy Villa' is set back closer to the road and the second House, 'Seaside Cottage' is directly on the water.

SeaShell Villa is 2 Bed 2 Bath facility which is a part of a 4 unit Villa that accommodates 12 guest. Ideal for families and small groups who would enjoy being together during the day but have your own private space at night. Seashell is an air condition white building trimmed with sea-blue and green just like its view.
