Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

The housing decor is a blend of mid century modern with a southwestern flare. Minimal, fresh and clean. There are 4 beds, 2 King and 2 queen. Varying firmness/plush levels to accommodate preferences.
