Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum in einer ruhigen, bevorzugten Wohnlage (Oststadt). Der Hbf und die City sind ca. 1 Km entfernt und in 10 zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle "Dreifaltigkeitskirche"(Buslinien 1OO;2OO;121) ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Restaurants/Cafés um die Ecke. Du benutzt ein eigenes separates Duschbad. Das Zimmer liegt zum lauschigen und grünen Innenhof. Bei schönem Wetter lädt unser Südbalkon zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal für Allein- und Geschäftsreisende.

Sachsenhof Villa Kunterbunt

Die FeWo Kunterbunt ist nun unsere größte FeWo, in der 6 Personen bequem Platz haben (3 Schlafzmmer!). Sie befindet sich im ersten OG und hat eine ca. 35 qm2 grosse Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Scharbeutzer Heide. Sie ist aufgeteilt in zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten (180x200), einem Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (Verbindungstür zum Elternschlafzimmer) einem Wohn- Essbereich, einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Bad. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und ausgestattet in 05/23

Schloss Lühburg: "Zofenkammer" (48 qm) bis 4 Gäste

Willkommen auf Schloss Lühburg im Mecklenburger ParkLand, 30 km südöstlich von Rostock. Sie suchen Ruhe, Natur und Erholung? Dann sind Sie hier richtig! Ob Familien oder Paare - wir haben unterschiedliche Wohnungen für fast jeden Geschmack. Familiäre Atmosphäre ist uns ein Anliegen! Die "Zofenkammer" ist eine süße kleine Wohnung mit Kaminofen für 2 - 4 Personen. Sie liegt im 2. OG mit Blick in die südöstliche Lindenallee und den Ehrenhof und ist teilweise mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet.

Schön & ruhig wohnen im Gutshaus bei Frankfurt (O)

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.

ATTENTION: Le lit est situé en mezzanine et est accessible par un escalier de type échelle japonaise. Cette chambre est donc recommandée pour les voyageurs en bonne forme physique. Nous la déconseillons aux personnes âgées ou à celles qui pourraient avoir besoin de se lever fréquemment la nuit.

Experience nature up close, in the approx. 2000 square meter garden, or in the area around the Parsteinsee and at the river Oder or in the ´Unteres Odertal´ National Park. We do not have any pets. A healthy breakfast is available for €6. Organic coffee and tea unlimited. Canoe rental €20/day. Our two bathing lakes here are connected to the entire lake district. Welcome!
