Located in the exclusive gated community ‘Costa de la Vela.’ Enjoy kitesurfing and sport fishing. We are a quick walk to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and the Island Cerralvo. This home is central to La Ventana and you are able to walk to the beach, to the market and to many restaurants near by. Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y cómodo, tan solo a 5 min a pie de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, playas etc, ideal para personas que buscan realizar algún deporte como windsurf, kiteboarding, pesca deportiva, paddle board, ciclismo entre otros. el apartamento cuenta con cocina básica, 1 cama matrimonio, 1 pequeño sofacama individual, baño, comedor, también tenemos un automóvil (fotos adicionales) para alquilar, así disfrutarás al máximo cada rincón de este bello lugar.

Bellamar Perfect house a few steps to the Beach

Bellamar es un hogar frente al mar con dos habitaciones, la principal con cama king size y la otra con cama queen, ambas con amplios closets. Comparten un baño grande, moderno, con lavadora y secadora. La cocina es amplia y equipada. Cuenta con comedor para seis personas y una sala cómoda para relajarse. Disfruta de dos espacios exteriores para desayunar o comer al aire libre. En el roof, encontrarás asoleaderos perfectos para relajarte y disfrutar de las tranquilas mañanas con vista al mar.

Brand new structure on the Casa Amanecer property. Completely private apartment with inside kitchen and private bathroom. Huge upper palapa with 360 degree views. Access to beach is a 2 minute walk to stairs along a scenic bluff top trail. Walk to the beach with your kiteboarding or snorkeling gear. Property has fiber internet and sit/stand desk so you can work overlooking the water. Relax in the evening with a Smart TV as you cook for yourself in the kitchen.
